Makailyn Jones has been actively involved in various organizations, working in roles ranging from Development Coordinator to Vice President. With experience in event planning, fundraising, mentoring, and research, Makailyn has demonstrated a strong commitment to community engagement and educational advancement. Makailyn has worked with non-profits, student-run programs, and professional organizations, showcasing a passion for creating meaningful impact and fostering inclusive environments. With a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Princeton University, Makailyn has acquired a diverse skill set and a dedication to making a difference in various communities.
Futures and Options
Futures and Options empowers New York City’s youth, particularly youth of color and students from historically underrepresented communities, to acquire transferable professional skills, pursue higher education, and successfully compete in a global 21st century economy. We collaborate with New York City employers to provide transformative career development opportunities to young people, enabling them to succeed in college and inspiring them to pursue meaningful careers.
