Nicola Hope

Nicola Hope has a diverse work experience spanning throughout various organizations. Nicola is currently working as the Group Director of Business Change and Strategy at Futures Housing Group, a position they have held since April 2022. In this role, they are responsible for transforming the organization's culture to be customer-focused and effective. Prior to this, Nicola worked as the Director of Business Change at the same organization, where they implemented systems thinking to improve business systems.
