Cole Watts

Cole Watts is an experienced data and analytics professional currently serving as a Data and Analytics Coordinator at Futures Training Center since September 2023. Prior roles include Baseball Systems and Analytics Intern with USA Baseball, where Cole developed critical reports for the Collegiate National Team and utilized advanced assessment tools. Additional experience includes functioning as a Data Operator for the Philadelphia Phillies, where Cole operated Hawk-Eye systems, and as a Baseball Video Scout with Sports Info Solutions, focused on scoring and analyzing gameplay. Cole also has a background in data management as Office Manager and Youth Sports Director at Skyhawks Sports Academy and has held leadership roles during collegiate sports as Player-Manager at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Cole holds a degree in Computer Science: Computer Game Design from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Diablo Valley College.
