Futures Without Violence
Megha R. currently serves as a Program Specialist at Futures Without Violence, bringing extensive experience in advocacy and program development from previous roles at The Center for Family Safety and Healing and the Ohio Domestic Violence Network. As a Family Advocacy Clinician I, Megha provided in-home and community advocacy for survivors, facilitated interdisciplinary meetings, and collaborated on quality assurance processes. Megha's background includes a Master of Social Work focused on community practice for social change from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Gender Studies from Mount Holyoke College. Previous positions include work as a Gender-Based Violence Community Advocate and a Programs Intern at Women LEAD, highlighting a commitment to violence prevention and advocacy for marginalized communities.
