Jacques Malan

Jacques Malan has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Jacques began their career as a CA(SA) training/article clerk at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2000 to 2002. Jacques then moved on to become a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers South Africa from 2003 to 2007. After that, they worked at EY as a Senior Manager for a year. Following their time at EY, they joined British American Tobacco as an IT team lead from 2008 to 2010. Jacques then worked as a Project Manager at CQS Technology Holdings from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Senior IT Project Manager at Old Mutual South Africa. Jacques then joined Hollard Insurance as a Finance Project Manager from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Futuresense as an Associate Director. Jacques'smost recent work experience includes being a Senior Project Manager at De Beers Group from 2020 to 2021.

Jacques Malan attended Afrikaans Hoër Seunskool from 1991 to 1995, where they completed their Matric degree in General. Jacques then went on to the University of Pretoria from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a field of study in Accounting and Finance. During the same period, they also earned a CA(SA) degree from the University of Pretoria, specializing in Accounting, Auditing, and Tax. Additionally, Jacques obtained the certification of Chartered Accountant from SAICA CA(SA), although the specific timing of this certification is unknown.
