Nicole Astfalck

Nicole Astfalck has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Nicole started their career as a Senior Pre Sales Consultant at XcelleNet UK in 1999, where they provided technical and sales support for the company's managed file transfer products. Nicole also conducted product training for partners and customers in the UK and Europe. In 2005, Nicole joined Sybase SA as a Senior Product Manager, where they worked until 2009. At Sybase SA, they were responsible for managing product development and launching new products. In 2009, they moved to Futuresense as a Sales and Marketing Manager, focusing on identifying, developing, and closing large scale EPM technology deals. Nicole later progressed to the role of Associate Director, overseeing and managing new software and project sales quotas. Nicole was also involved in marketing, market development, and communications management activities. Nicole introduced new pricing models and revised service level agreements to improve customer experience and ensure contract renewals. Their expertise includes partner relationship management and revenue stream growth through the partner ecosystem.

Nicole Astfalck completed their Bachelor of Science degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended Northcliff High School from 1989 to 1991.
