Ian Katsuno

Ian Katsuno is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in full stack development and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at Futuretalk Inc since August 2019, Ian previously held roles including Lead Educator in Web Development at BrainStation and Fullstack Technical Lead at Aquamobile, where responsibilities included collaborating on feature roadmaps, database administration, and team management. Ian also played a key role as Technical Lead for projects at Yes New Friends and Pixel Startup, both utilizing MEAN stack technologies. Earlier academic experiences include serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto and conducting research focused on custom storage architecture. Ian holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science from the University of Toronto, specializing in Computer Architecture and Computer Engineering, respectively.
