Lucy Theophanides

Lucy Theophanides is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Futureverse since April 2023, having initially worked as the People and Office Manager for Sylo from September 2022. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Consultant at Auckland Transport and ASB Bank, and Human Resources Coordinator at Hodge Bank and the Department of Health & Human Services in Victoria. Lucy began a career in retail operations at Karen Millen, where notable promotions included overseeing retail operations across Europe and the UK. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Design Management for Fashion Retailing from The University of Manchester.
