Patricia Becker is a co-founder of FutureWomenX The Agency, which provides specialized executive search services for over 550 global female leaders, and has held the position since January 2022. Additionally, Patricia co-founded FutureWomenX in March 2010, a global network advocating for the empowerment of female leaders. Previously, Patricia served in various managerial roles, including Country General Manager for Kelly Services in the Benelux region, VP of Procurement at Transavia, and a Strategic Advisor for ING Nederland and Coca-Cola Enterprises. Patricia’s educational background includes a BBA in Business/Managerial Economics from the Institute of Higher Education in Economics and Management and certifications as a Scrum Master and in Core Energetics.
