Victoria Foster

Victoria Foster has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Victoria co-founded FutureWomenX in 2018, where they hold the position of Co-Founder & Chief Catalyst. Prior to that, they worked at Better Future from 2013 to 2018 as the U.S. Co-Founder & Partner. Victoria also served as the Portfolio Lead for Healthy Food Commerce Investments at the Wholesome Wave Foundation in 2012. Before that, they embarked on a four-year international development and global adventure, living, volunteering, studying, and traveling across South & Central America, Asia, Europe, and the U.S. During this time, they pursued a Master's degree at University College London and worked as a Strategy Consultant on the Future of Learning. Victoria also worked as a Vice President at Credit Suisse from 2002 to 2009 in M&A and Corporate Finance. In 2007, they briefly joined The Foundation for Young Australians (FYA) as the Stakeholder Relationships & Partnerships Manager, where they launched the Worlds of Work program. Overall, Victoria Foster's experience showcases their ability to initiate expansion, lead, and collaborate across various sectors and fields.

Victoria Foster has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Master of Science degree in Urban Development & Planning from UCL.
