Edward M. Durkin

Edward M. Durkin is responsible for all aspects of Fuze’s rapidly-growing global financial and administrative operations, and has over 35 years of financial and executive experience.

Prior to joining Fuze, Durkin was CFO at Actifio Inc., a leading provider of multi-cloud enterprise data management software solutions, until its acquisition by Google (NASDAQ: GOOGL) in December 2020. Prior to Actifio, Durkin was also CFO at Digital Guardian, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of Interactions, Inc. both rapidly growing technology companies with international operations.

Durkin has also served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Tactical Communications Group, LLC which was acquired by Curtiss Wright Corp (NYSE: CW). Durkin further served as CFO of Open Market Inc., a publicly-traded software company (NASDAQ: OMKT), and CFO at Radview Software, where he was instrumental in successfully taking Radview (NASDAQ: RDVW) through its IPO.

Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Finance and Administration of CrossComm Corporation (NASDAQ: XCOM) , a publicly-traded networking company which he helped take through its IPO and secondary offering, and StarBurst Software, after ten years of experience at Ernst & Young, LLP.

Finally, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors at Tactical Communications Group, LLC., a member of the Board of Directors at Cast Navigation, and as a Board and Audit Committee member of Community BanCorp. Inc., prior to its acquisition by Citizens Financial Group.

Mr. Durkin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts graduating cum laude, and earned his CPA certification while at Ernst & Young LLP.
