Hung Vong

Hung Vong has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Hung'smost recent position was as an Escalation Engineer at Fuze since August 2021, where they are responsible for resolving technical issues and providing support. Prior to this, they worked as a Tier 2 Support Engineer at Fuze from August 2019 to August 2021.

Before joining Fuze, Hung worked at Granite Telecommunications. Hung held the role of a Senior NOC Technician from December 2017 to August 2019, where they managed network operations and troubleshooting. Previously, they worked as a T1 Hi-Cap Data Repair Analyst Level 2 from January 2017 to December 2017 and as a Data Repair Analyst Level 2 from October 2015 to January 2017, where they handled data repair tasks.

Hung also had an internship as a Software Developer at Alt-Options LLC from May 2015 to August 2015, where they gained experience in software development.

Furthermore, Hung's work experience includes their time as a student at Boston University from September 2013 to May 2015. During this period, they gained skills in Java programming and problem-solving, worked on various projects involving Python, Django, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and showcased their abilities by winning second place at a cross-university hackathon.

Hung Vong completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Boston University, from the year 2009 until 2015. Before attending Boston University, they attended Boston Latin School from 2003 to 2009, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period. Additionally, Hung Vong obtained several certifications, including CCNA Routing & Switching and CCENT Routing & Switching from Cisco in July 2017 and June 2017 respectively, as well as CompTIA Network+ ce from CompTIA in November 2016.
