Jacob Diamond

Jacob Diamond has a diverse work experience. Jacob started their career as a Venue Attendant at Aramark from 2008 to 2013. After that, they worked as a Software Developer Intern at Harris Enterprise Resource Planning in 2014, where they gained experience in application development, bug fixing, and writing JUnit tests. In 2015, they had an IT Project Management Internship at Babson College, where they provided support to the Project Management Office and managed various technical projects. Jacob then worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Lockheed Martin, specializing in business intelligence and data analytics in 2015. Currently, Jacob is working at Fuze, where they started as a Support Engineer in 2016 and progressed to become a Support Engineer - Team Lead in 2017. Jacob later took on the role of Escalation Engineer - Support Tier 3 in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Voip Engineer at Fuze.

Jacob Diamond attended Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science.
