Jim Croteau

Jim Croteau has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jim began their career at DRI/McGraw-Hill in 1981 and worked there as a Manager for Computer Systems until 1995. Jim then joined Standard & Poor's as a Technical Lead for Internet Applications from 1995 to 2001.

After that, Jim worked at Global Insight as a Division Development Manager, where they managed a team of developers and provided business analysis and project management for internet and internal business applications. Jim was responsible for developing a Content Management System using XML/XSL, which is still in use today. Jim worked at Global Insight from 2001 to 2008.

In 2008, Jim joined IHS as a Principal Business Analyst. Jim was a senior member of the Internal Business Application team and played a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise business applications. Jim worked closely with consultants, stakeholders, vendors, and IT professionals across the globe. Jim worked at IHS until 2016.

Currently, Jim is employed at Fuze as a Business System Analyst. Jim joined the company in 2017 and is responsible for analyzing business systems and processes.

Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated strong technical skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
