Michael Donnelly is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in experience design, strategic partnerships, and community development. As the Founder of FWD Collective since 2016, Michael has focused on creating professional development programming for under-represented individuals. In addition, Michael serves as Chief Experience Officer at Red Suede Shoes, a national experience design firm. Previous roles include Head of Strategic Partnerships & Experience Design at Refresh Miami, Executive Director of the Digital Solutions Group at Foodservice Equipment Reports, and Director of Business Development at Elevate, among others. Michael has also founded VentureFWD, a summit supporting businesses run by women and people of color. Michael holds a BA in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
