Boon-Kee Tan

Boon-Kee is responsible for the Group Strategy, M&A, Performance Management and New Business Models, which include the origination and execution of all strategies within new and existing markets. Boon-Kee also manages relationships with key professional advisors, commercial stakeholders and partners and oversees Environment and Social Governance (ESG) initiatives, harnessing core business interests to promote sustainability and financial empowerment across the region. Boon-Kee has a track record spanning more than 20 years – including a core network of strategic business relationships, having led numerous landmark transactions with major corporate and financial institutions. More recently, she was Managing Director at a global financial institution including membership of its executive committee.
