Calvin Tham

Calvin Tham has a diverse work experience in the insurance and consulting industries. Calvin is currently the Director of Innovation and Sales Ops Lead at FWD Insurance, where they oversee the group's digital commerce initiatives. Prior to this role, they served as the Sales Operations Lead for the company's direct-to-consumer business and played a significant role in establishing their new business model.

Before joining FWD Insurance, Calvin worked as a Consultant at Accenture's Strategy & Consulting division.
