Elky Siu is a Customer Communication & Experience Design Specialist at FWD Insurance since December 2023, focusing on enhancing brand reputation and customer satisfaction through innovative strategies. Previously, Elky held roles at WeLab Bank as a Senior Marketing Officer and Copywriter, managing marketing tactics and partnerships with notable brands. Elky's experience also includes serving as Features Editor at Legend Publishing, where content planning and execution of creative campaigns were key responsibilities, and as an Editorial Writer at Ogilvy, developing integrated campaigns for various clients.
