Jocelyn Mariano-Mortera is an experienced IT professional with a focus on system administration and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Associate System Administrator Manager at FWD Insurance since September 2016, Jocelyn oversees both Cloud and On-Premise IT Infrastructure, ensuring system availability and support around the clock.
