Tomy Trio Maulana is an experienced professional in customer service management, currently serving as the Head Office & Branch Walk-in Assistant Manager at FWD Insurance since May 2015. In this role, Tomy oversees 14 sales offices, ensuring high standards of customer service and efficient operations through effective management and coordination. Prior to this position, Tomy held various roles at AXA, including Team Leader of the Walk-In Customer Care Center, where responsibilities included leading a team, analyzing customer issues, and generating performance reports.
