Ehab Kerolos

Ehab Kerolos has worked in the IT field for nearly two decades. Ehab began their career in 2001 as a System Administrator for schweppes. Ehab then moved to the Ministry of Interior of Egypt as a Senior System Administrator in 2014. In 2015, they joined DHAL Communication as an IT Support Specialist. In 2016, they began working for Comptronics Inc as a System Administrator. In 2018, they took on the role of IT Sales Manager at Comptronics, Inc., where they were responsible for reviewing customer Request for Quotation (RFQ) and technical information to provide system solutions and performance specifications, as well as providing excellent pre-sale customer support and technical assistance. In 2019, they joined Synology Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist, and FWG Solutions as a Technology Support Manager and Senior Associate, Corporate Technology Support.

Ehab Kerolos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, MIS from the Faculty of Commerce at Cairo University, Egypt between 1996 and 2000. Ehab then went on to obtain a number of certifications from Microsoft, including MCSE1: Messaging on Windows Server 2003 (July 2009), MCSA1: Messaging on Windows Server 2003 (June 2009), MCSA1: Windows Server 2003 (June 2009), MCSE1: Windows Server 2003 (June 2009), MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional (November 2008), and MCTS: Microsoft Windows Vista, Configuration (October 2008). Ehab also holds a CCNA certification. Most recently, Ehab Kerolos obtained an Associate's degree in Information Systems Technology AAS from Northern Virginia Community College between 2017 and 2019.
