Horse Show Director at Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo

Lauren Lovelace Murray has extensive work experience in the horse show industry, primarily at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo. Lauren started their career at the organization as an Assistant Manager in the Horse Show Department in 2005 and was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager in 2013. In 2015, they became the Horse Show Manager, overseeing the coordination and management of various horse shows. Currently, they hold the position of Horse Show Director since April 2022. Prior to their role at Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, Lauren worked at Texas Tech University's Cotton Economics Research Institute from an unspecified start date in 2002 until December 2004.

Lauren Lovelace Murray pursued their education at Texas Tech University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. This four-year academic program provided their with a solid foundation in the field. Eager to enhance their knowledge and skills further, Lauren continued their studies at the same institution and earned a Master of Science degree in Animal Science and Agricultural Communications in 2004. Through their educational journey, Lauren focused on expanding their expertise in animal science and agricultural communications.
