Frederick Wu

Frederick Wu is an experienced independent consultant currently working with FWU since January 2020 and serving as Chairman of the Executive Council at the Hong Kong Fintech Society since 2017. Previously, Frederick founded and was Principal Consultant at FWU Limited from 2014 to December 2020 and held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Kinetix Systems Limited from 2015 to 2018. Their earlier roles include Senior IT Manager for Special Projects at the Hong Kong Housing Authority, Director of Professional Services and Corporate Development at Iconmedialab, Chief Information Officer at StareastNet.com, Director of Information Technology at PCL Holding Limited, and Technical Specialist at Bell Canada. Frederick holds a Bachelor of Science from Western University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Surrey, and an honorary Doctor of Business Administration from Westcliff University. Additionally, Frederick studied FinTech at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2017.
