Guillaume Lechasseur has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Guillaume started their career as a Research Assistant at UQAM in 2005 and later worked as a Planning Consultant at CHUM - Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal in 2007. Guillaume then served as a Graduate Assistant at the Campbell Public Affairs Institute from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Policy Analyst (Intern) at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development before becoming a Senior Consultant at MAXIMUS.
In 2011, Guillaume joined KPMG as a Senior Associate in Management Consulting, where they stayed until 2014 and became a Senior Adviser - Performance & Technology at KPMG Canada until 2016. Guillaume then transitioned to CGI as a Senior Consultant - Solution Architect from 2016 to 2018.

In 2017, they received the SAFe 4.0 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., the IT4IT Foundation certification from The Open Group, and the Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow - The Enterprise Cloud Company. In 2015, they attained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Other certifications include Certified Associate Business Process Analyst from IBM, TOGAF 9 from The Open Group, Oracle Certified Expert in Siebel CRM 8 Business Analyst from Oracle, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, Oracle Database: SQL Certified Expert from Oracle, and Certified Business Analysis Professional™ from IIBA.
