Mhamed Ouidir has a diverse range of work experience. Mhamed is currently working as a Project Manager at FX Innovation since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Scrum Master at Cofomo from November 2021 to February 2023. Mhamed also worked as an Associate Project Manager/Scrum Master at Alithya from April 2021 to October 2021. Before entering the IT industry, they gained experience as a Scrum Master/Project Control Officer at R3D from February 2020 to March 2021. Additionally, they have experience as a Research Assistant (Business analyst) at the Université du Québec à Rimouski from January 2018 to December 2019, where they worked on a research project related to sustainable forest management. Prior to that, they worked as a Functional Analyst at Futur Tech Bridge from July 2016 to June 2017. Mhamed also gained experience as an Audit Assistant at Deloitte from January 2016 to June 2016, and as an Operational Management Controller at Newrest from January 2015 to December 2015.

Mhamed Ouidir completed their Baccalaureate in Mathematics at Mohamed Bodiaf High School in an unspecified year. Mhamed then pursued a Licentiate degree in Hydrocarbons Economics with a specialization in Oil Economics at the Faculty of Hydrocarbons and Chemicals (ex. INH) - Boumerdes from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they attended the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Management with a focus on Accounting, Audit & Control. Additionally, Mhamed completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Project Management at the Université du Québec à Rimouski from 2017 to 2019. Mhamed further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2022 and the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in March 2020.
