Florencia Kratsman, NCIDQ, LEED AP, currently serves as the Interiors Practice Leader and Director of Interior Architecture at FXCollaborative since February 2023. Previously, Kratsman held prominent roles at BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group as the Director of Space Planning and Senior Project Manager, along with a tenure as Senior Architectural Designer at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Additional experience includes positions as Associate & Senior Designer at TPG Architecture and STUDIOS Architecture, and as an Adjunct Lecturer at CUNY New York City College of Technology. Florencia founded Anima LLC and worked as a Design Assistant at Maya Lin Studio. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Architectural Design from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute, and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Universidad de Puerto Rico, alongside early education in Elementary Education and Fine Arts.
