Lynne Gallagher is an experienced Benefits Administrator with a career spanning over two decades in the benefits sector. Currently at FXI since September 1996, Lynne administers benefit programs for a mid-sized manufacturing organization with multiple facilities across the United States. Prior experience includes a role at SpectaGuard from May 1990 to July 1996, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of Employee Health and Welfare benefits, including program implementation, employee orientation, enrollments and terminations, monthly carrier premium billing, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Lynne Gallagher is also pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources at Strayer University, starting in 2006.
