Maricruz Molina

Maricruz Molina is currently serving as the Regional Operations Director at FXI, overseeing manufacturing facilities in Juarez, Mexico, and Santa Teresa, New Mexico, since November 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Sr Plant Manager at Johnson & Johnson from November 2016 to October 2019 and Business Excellence Leader and Process Excellence Manager at Eaton for a brief period in 2016. Maricruz Molina has also held significant positions such as Focus Factory Manager at maximatecc and VSL Manager at FXI, where tenure spanned from 1998 to 2013. Additional experience includes roles at Lear Corporation as Production Supervisor and Process Engineering from 1995 to 1998. Maricruz Molina holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Autonoma Cd Juarez and has pursued further education at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering was obtained from Universidad Autonoma Ciudad Juarez.
