Redfern Melissa

Redfern (Rodriguez) Melissa is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management, currently serving as Regional Finance Director and Regional Controller at FXI since April 2011. In this role, Redfern oversees operations across five plant locations, focusing on manufacturing costs and performance reviews. Previous positions include Inventory Accounting Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing monthly financial closes and inventory reporting, and Supervising Senior Accountant, ensuring accuracy in financial statements. Prior to FXI, Redfern held various roles, including Accounting Manager at EraMED LLC, Cost Accountant at Edlon, Inc., Senior Accountant at ARAMARK, and Staff Accountant at Worthington Armstrong Venture. Redfern holds an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University and a B.S. in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
