Jennifer Rice

Jennifer Rice has over 20 years of work experience. Jennifer began their career at Albany Medical Center in 1999, where they worked as a Safety Education Coordinator until 2008. Jennifer then joined FYE - For Your Entertainment, where they held various roles. From 2003 to 2008, they worked as a Compensation Analyst/Compensation Specialist, developing compensation guidelines and advising management on salary guidelines. From 2008 to 2016, they served as the Manager of Store Services & Field Training, overseeing store operations and staff training for 500 locations. Since 2016, Jennifer has been the Director Of Store Services at FYE, responsible for retail operations and performance across 200+ US locations. Jennifer provides strategic leadership, oversees merchandising, budgeting, procurement, customer service, and more. In February 2022, Jennifer was promoted to the role of Director of Finance.

Jennifer Rice obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management from Le Moyne College between 1995 and 1999. Later, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University at Albany, SUNY.
