Esther Peters has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Esther currently holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer at FYEO since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Directeur marketing at FYEO from January 2021 to January 2023.

Esther aimed to achieve a synergy effect between centralized and decentralized levels in brand development. From February 2008 to September 2009, they held a similar position as a Team Manager Marketing Communicatie. Prior to that, from September 2004 to January 2008, they worked as an Account Manager Marketing Communicatie, handling senior communication consultancy for client accounts. Esther'scareer at GPR began in May 2003 as a Project Manager Marketing Communicatie, where they managed overall project management and served as the first point of contact for clients.

Esther's early career includes roles at La Torsa - Strategische Communicatie, where they worked as a Traffic Manager from February 2001 to February 2003. Before that, they served as an Account Executive from February 2000 to January 2001.

Esther Peters completed their VWO (pre-university education) at Elzendaal College Boxmeer from 1987 to 1993. Esther then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing & PR at Breda University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1997. In 1997, Esther also obtained a NIMA A certification from NIMA. Esther continued their education at Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1997 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Additionally, in 1999, they briefly attended Università per Stranieri di Siena to study Italian.
