Alfonso Ricotta

Alfonso Ricotta currently serves as the GBS Head of Procure to Pay - Global Process Owner and Procure to Pay Manager at Fyffes since September 2023, focusing on managing P2P and Treasury functions. Previously, Alfonso held the position of Global Finance Transformation and Operations Business Process Management Manager at Indeed.com from April 2019 to May 2023, overseeing P2P, O2R, and Tax Business Process Management. Prior to this, Alfonso was the Associate Director for P2P Finance Transformation at MSD, leading P2P initiatives across the EMEA Region from October 2010 to October 2018. Alfonso's experience also includes roles at Pfizer as P2P eInvoicing Project Manager and EMEA Service Delivery Procurement Manager from September 2003 to September 2010, and positions at Oracle and Whirlpool Corporation. Alfonso holds a Post University qualification in Business Management, Economics and a Bachelor University Degree in Applied and Business Economics from UMONS.
