Oscar Boza

Oscar Boza has a comprehensive work experience history in IT management and infrastructure. Oscar began their career at IBM in 2004 as an IT Infrastructure Team Manager before moving on to Dole Food Company in 2006, where they served as an IT Telecommunications Senior Engineer and later as an IT Infrastructure & Business Continuity Manager. In 2012, they joined Mondelēz International as an IT Services Manager and subsequently transitioned to World Vision International in 2013 as the Global IT Infrastructure & Efficiency Manager. Most recently, they have been employed at Fyffes since 2015, initially as the Head of IT, Americas, and currently as the Head of Global Service Delivery and Business Applications.

Oscar Boza obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, starting in 2000 and completing in 2004. Oscar also pursued an MBA in International Business, starting in 2008 and completing in 2009. In addition to their formal education, Oscar obtained certifications in ITIL Release, Control and Validation in November 2011, and ITIL Foundations V3 in June 2011.
