Golshid Varasteh Kia

Golshid Varasteh Kia currently serves as the Head of AI Strategy at FYLD, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Golshid was the Head of Research for AI and Automation at Xerini from November 2020 to January 2024. Golshid has experience in academia as a Research Engineer focusing on Machine Learning Applications on Self-Reconfigurable Robots at UCL, where the position lasted from March 2020 to November 2020. Additionally, time was spent at Foster + Partners as an Architect and Computational Designer between October 2014 and September 2018. Golshid holds a Master of Science in Robotics and Computation from UCL and an AA Diploma in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Architectural Association.
