Renganathan Sivanandam, Ph.D has over 17 years of work experience in the Agriculture and Seeds industry. From 2004 to 2009, they were a Product Manager at Mahyco Seeds Ltd. Following this, they were the Zonal Head - Deputy General Manager(Marketing) at Nuziveedu Seeds Pvt Ltd. From 2009 to 2016, they held various positions at NUZIVEEDU SEEDS LIMITED, including Vice President, National Sales Manager - Cotton business, General Manager- Sales & Marketing, and Zonal Head - DGM(Marketing). From 2016 to 2018, they were the Vice President-Row Crops Business at Maharashtra Hybrid Seeds Company Limited (Mahyco). Renganathan then served as the Chief Executive Officer at Seven Star Fruits Pvt Ltd, A Mahyco Seeds Group Company from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they are the Chief Revenue Officer at Fyllo, where they are using AI and Machine learning to help farmers get precise and personalised farm advisory to improve crop yields and reduce cost of cultivation.

Renganathan Sivanandam, Ph.D. has an extensive education history. Renganathan began their academic career in 1990 at St.Pauls Matric school. Renganathan then attended Annamalai University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a B.Sc(Agri) in Agriculture. In 2001, they completed a PG Diploma in Computer Programming, Specific Applications at IFG-ACE. Renganathan then attended Tamil Nadu Agricultural University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned an M.Sc and a Ph.D in Agriculture. In 2003, they completed a PG Diploma in Bio-Informatics at Bharathiar University. Lastly, they attended IIM, Ahmedabad & Bangalore from 2012 to 2013, where they completed a Short Term course in Marketing.
