Ümit Yaylali

Ümit Yaylali has a diverse work experience in the field of compliance and product development. In 2011, they began their career as a Product Engineer at IKEA of Sweden, where they were involved in various tasks such as technical documentation, price calculation, testing, and packaging development. Ümit then moved on to become a Development Engineer at IKEA Indirect Material Services, responsible for developing and maintaining the IMS range.

In 2013, Ümit took on the role of Product Development Engineer at IKEA of Sweden's New Business department, where they managed engineering agendas, led product development projects, and challenged existing ways of working. Ümit also worked on calculating and simulating prices to find the best business setup for IKEA.

Starting in 2019, Ümit joined H&M as a Global Product Compliance Specialist, focusing on ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements for H&M's products. Currently, Ümit holds the position of Compliance Manager at Fyndiq, a role that started in 2022.
