Juan Ferrer

Juan Ferrer has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Juan is currently serving as the President Balance Health Holdings and FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers Master Franchisee at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers. Prior to this, they worked at GSK as the Sr Director Marketing Specialty - US Brand Lead, Nucala, where they played a key role in the US launch of Nucala and other indications. Before that, they were the Sr. Director, Global HCP Strategy and Operations at Procter & Gamble, where they developed and executed strategies for the Personal Healthcare division. Juan also worked at Merck Group as the Commercial Excellence Director, Americas and Southern Europe, and at Grünenthal Group as the Sr. Director, Marketing Head & Commercial Development LATAM. Juan began their career at Roche, where they held various roles in marketing and sales for the oncology franchise.

Juan Ferrer earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemical and Biophysical Sciences, with a Minor in Chemistry, from the University of Houston from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained a 2-Year Degree in Financial Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
