Allen Xavier

Allen Xavier is a Research Assistant at FZI Forschungszentrum Informatik, focusing on infection detection using Temporal Graph Neural Networks and automated pathogen outbreak detection in hospitals since March 2024. Prior experience includes a Software Developer role at vanory from January 2023 to April 2024, where firmware and device drivers were developed in Embedded C/C++ & Edge Computing, and leading software development for a project. Additional positions involve developing firmware and device drivers at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology for photogrammetry, and working on a Dirt Classification model for construction applications. Allen has also held positions as an Associate Software Engineer at Gupshup and a Machine Learning Intern at Lifespark Technologies, as well as roles at Metwiz Materials Private Limited, IoTIoT.in, and Infinity Elevators India. Allen is pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical and Information Technology at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, having previously completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Fr Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering from 2017 to 2021.
