Courtney Humes

Courtney Humes is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent at G Adventures since September 2021, Courtney previously held the position of Global Talent Manager at the same organization. Prior to G Adventures, Courtney worked at CBI Health as Human Resources Manager and held various roles at McMaster University, including Manager of Academic and Staff Operations, Employee/Labour Relations Analyst, and Human Resources Coordinator, among others. Education includes a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Charles Sturt University (ongoing), a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations from Athabasca University, and earlier studies at St. Clair College.
