Erwin Sasmito

Erwin Sasmito, BAA, has an extensive background in talent systems, learning solutions, and training management across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead, Talent Systems & Technology at G Adventures since June 2011, Erwin manages the implementation and end-user training for HCM systems within the Global Learning team. Previous roles include Manager of Learning Systems and Technology, where leadership was provided to eLearning developers, and Manager of Global Learning Solutions, responsible for establishing the company’s first global learning team. Additional experience includes key positions at KPMG International, BlackBerry, Moneris Solutions, Sun Microsystems, and BMO, focusing on developing and delivering training programs tailored to organizational needs. Erwin holds a BAA in Media Arts from The Creative School at Toronto Metropolitan University and additional education from the University of Ottawa.
