Jess Tucker is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and tourism industry with extensive experience in operations and customer service. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Global Communications Officer for G Adventures since June 2021, Jess previously held various roles within the same company including Marine Operations Specialist and Coordinator. With prior experience at Crystal Cruises and Seabourn Cruise Line as a Bar Server and Shore Excursions Tour Staff, Jess has demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Further roles at Market Restaurant and Saltlik Steakhouse showcased management capabilities in restaurant operations. Jess began a career in hospitality as an English Second Language Teacher, complementing formal education in Hotel Operations Management from George Brown College.
