Nilantha Megasuriya

Nilantha Megasuriya has significant experience in tour leadership and strategic sourcing, having worked as a Tour Leader at G Adventures since December 2016 and as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst at Holcim (Lanka) Ltd since September 2007. Nilantha's role at Holcim includes sourcing and negotiating outsourced contracts, contract management, and compliance with legal standards. Nilantha has successfully led projects that resulted in substantial savings and has extensive experience in procurement, contract management, and SAP Material Management. Nilantha holds a National Tour Guide Lecturer degree from the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management, as well as multiple advanced qualifications in leadership, management, and business administration from reputable institutions.
