Arminio Rivero has extensive experience in hotel management, currently serving as the Hotel Manager and Director of Hotel Operations at InterContinental Miami since March 2010. Responsibilities include overseeing operational areas, ensuring guest satisfaction, and identifying revenue-generating opportunities. Previously, Rivero held the position of Director of Food and Beverage, managing a substantial operation focused on banquets and multiple outlets. Prior to InterContinental, Rivero was the Director of Rooms Division at Hotel InterContinental Miami and Director of Rooms at Royal Palm Crowne Plaza, where operational oversight and management were key. An educational background includes a degree in Rooms Management from Cornell University and additional qualifications in rooms specialization and hotel administration from recognized institutions.
