Ilya Matveev

Ilya Matveev is an experienced professional in the gaming industry with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Head of Gaming Industry at Gcore since September 2015, Ilya manages significant accounts, developed a leading hosting product, and designed a gaming ecosystem program. Previously, Ilya held the position of Country Manager for Russia and CIS at Perfect World Entertainment, where operations were successfully established, including the launch of the popular MMORPG Neverwinter. Earlier roles include EU Branch Director at Innova Co S.a r.l., focusing on market expansion and partnership agreements, and Business Development Manager at Innova Systems, where initial partner contacts and negotiations were established. Ilya holds a Specialist degree in International Relations from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, obtained in 2008.
