Nika Gharibashvili

Nika Gharibashvili is currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer (L2) at Gcore since April 2023, where responsibilities include addressing Tier 1 customer inquiries, assisting with product setups, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and maintaining expertise in CDN, DNS, Streaming, and S3 storage. Previously, Nika held roles as a Customer Support Specialist and Junior Customer Support Specialist, focusing on customer consultations, improving request processes, and collaborating with product teams to resolve complex inquiries at Gcore and Pyme, respectively. Nika began a career in media as a News Reporter at PalitraNews from February 2019 to October 2022, covering significant political events in Georgia. Nika holds a Master of Business Administration from Business and Technology University, expected in September 2024, and a Bachelor of Social and Political Sciences in Journalism from Tbilisi State University, completed in 2022.
