Hugo Naurais

Hugo Naurais is an experienced professional with a strong focus on climate-tech and sustainability. Currently serving as a VC at G-Force, a global pre-seed investment fund for climate-tech startups, Hugo also mentors at Cleantech Open Northeast, the largest cleantech startup accelerator program. In addition, Hugo provides fundraising and growth strategy consulting at Greenshiftz, collaborates with impact investors as a member of Top Tier Impact, and contributes to the mission of Time for the Planet, a non-profit aiming to raise €1 billion for climate change initiatives. Previously, Hugo consulted in private banking and wealth management at Brown Brothers Harriman. Academic accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Strategic Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from Harvard University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from Wagner College.
