Greg Raap is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in property management and real estate operations. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Conventional at CONAM Management Corporation since September 2024, Greg previously held the position of Vice President of Property Management at Goldrich Kest, overseeing a multifamily portfolio of 122 buildings and 13,000 units in California. From 2016 to 2022, Greg worked at Hunt Companies as Vice President - Senior Project Executive, responsible for the financial performance of over 17,000 properties in the Western US. Prior roles include Regional Vice President and Director of Property Management at Forest City Enterprises, where Greg led various housing developments and initiatives, and Director of Asset and Property Management at Little Tokyo Service Center. Greg began career as an Asset Manager at Alliant Asset Management, managing a $500 million real estate investment portfolio. Educationally, Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
