Miguel Ramírez

Miguel Ramírez is an experienced information security professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Associate Manager of Information Security Operations at Liberty Latin America since January 2020, Miguel has been instrumental in developing the Threat Defense Program and impacting the Threat Management Program. Prior roles include Senior Information Security Analyst, where strategic support was provided to enhance security posture through data-driven insights. Miguel's expertise also encompasses consulting for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, management of fraud mitigation projects at Citi, and various engineering and security roles in telecommunication companies. Holding a Master of Science in Engineering from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Systems from Universidad Latina de Panamá, Miguel combines technical acumen with extensive project management experience.
