Viviana Capella Barrios

Viviana Capella Barrios has a diverse background in finance and accounts payable. VIVIANA started their career in 2003 as a Logistics Coordinator for Biofilm SA, where they were responsible for import and export logistics. VIVIANA then joined Maersk Colombia SA in 2006, where they held roles such as Sales Representative and Business Process Owner. In 2010, Viviana joined Maersk Panama SA as the Accounts Payable Manager, overseeing payments, control processes, and negotiations with suppliers. VIVIANA also served as the Working Capital Manager for Maersk Panama in 2012, responsible for accounts receivable and payables as well as finance strategies. From 2013 to 2017, Viviana worked at Grainger Panama Services as the Accounts Payable Operations Manager, where they managed a team and handled various Accounts Payable processes. In 2017, they joined A.P. Moller - Maersk as Manager of Financial Services for the Latin America Liner Operations Cluster. In this role, Viviana focused on improving financial reporting and collaboration between the Global Shared Services and local teams. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Liberty Latin America as a Senior Manager in Accounts Payable, leading the development and execution of the company's finance strategy.

Viviana Capella Barrios holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Government, and International Affairs from Universidad Externado de Colombia, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. VIVIANA also obtained a Certification in Foreign Trade from Universidad de La Sabana in 2004. In 2007, they received a Certification in Supply Chain End to End Management from CESA. Viviana went on to pursue an MBA degree in International Management from EAE Business School, which they completed in 2010. VIVIANA has additional certifications in Finance Leadership from CEB (now Gartner) in 2015 and an MBA in International Business from EAE Business School.
