Paresh Anjarlekar

Paresh Anjarlekar is an accomplished HR professional with significant experience in talent acquisition and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager - TA & TM at GM Modular since September 2018, Paresh leads the talent acquisition function for one of India's largest manufacturers of electrical modular switches. Prior roles include Assistant Manager - Human Resources (TA) at Hikvision, where Paresh successfully managed talent acquisition for the company's first factory in India, and Factory HR (TA) at Lupin, focusing on high-volume hiring for a major API unit.
